Manisha Biswas, Lead Guide - Elementary

Manisha Biswas is the lead guide in an Elementary Community, which serves children 6–12 years old. Since graduating college, Manisha has been involved in education in one way or another. When she lived in England for a couple of years, she stumbled upon a Montessori school, worked as an assistant and was hooked on the Montessori method. Upon returning to Hydrabad, India, she enrolled in the Primary (ages 3–6) course at Indian Montessori Center, from which she received her diploma. Later, after working for some years in primary, she pursued her Elementary training, earning her Montessori Diploma from Association Montessori Internationale to work with children, ages 6–12 years old.

She is loved for her sense of humor and the artful way she tailors lessons to various children.
