Lishchkaya Eskridge, Head of School

Lishchkaya joined the Clay-Platte team in 2023, after eight years as a parent in the community. In addition to her vibrant personality, she brings 20 years of experience in public education, where she served in both classroom and administrative positions.

She is excited to be a part of the team, helping new families find, enroll, and transition into Clay-Platte Montessori. She also serves as liaison to the Parent Teacher Organization.
