Jackson Broadwater, Staffing Coordinator and Music Teacher

Jackson joined the Clay-Platte community in 2022. He has been a music teacher since 2015 and holds a Bachelors Degree in Jazz Studies from UMKC. He plays music professionally in Kansas City and St. Louis since he was 15yo. Currently he plays in a mariachi band in Kansas City.

Jackson is inspired by the child led approach to learning that we find in Montessori. It has greatly impacted the way he interacts with children both in and outside of school.
